I placed an order; when will I receive my package?
Orders placed on weekdays before 17:00 are shipped the same day and delivered the next day (Belgium +1). Orders placed on weekdays after 17:00 are shipped the next day and delivered within 2 business days (Belgium +1).

Which shipping company will deliver my package?
Your package will be shipped by PostNL.

How can I track my order?
Once we have handed your package over to PostNL, you will receive an email with tracking information. This email will include a tracking number. Enter this tracking number here.
