Are you unhappy with your purchase or do you want to return the items for whatever other reason? No problem. You have the option to return the items within 30 days after delivery free of charge.

How do I register a return order?
Log in to your account in the top right corner of our website by entering the 6-digit number sent to your email address. Go to your order and return it by following the steps listed.

I registered my return what now?
After registering your return, you have 14 days to send the parcel back to us. Put the label over the original shipping label and bring the package to your closest PostNL shop.

When will I receive my refund?
Once the return has been processed, we will transfer back the money to your bank account. This will usually take no more then 5 business days. If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days, please contact us.
